If your application was rejected by DNRD you will not be
refunded the application fee, but you may apply for a refund on the
security deposit.

once DATEL confirmed that the sponsored person has left the
country on the condition that there are no fines due by the
sponsored person or his sponsor.
- DATEL will pass a credit back to your
available balance in eDNRD.

applied for within 90 days after the sponsored person had exit the
UAE.

How to apply for a
refund |

- Present "proof of closure" from Establishment
Card Section and clearance from section 15 to eCollections at DNRD
to process your refund.
